We are thrilled to announce that Parma Alimentare — the Parma food producer association — has selected Ceci to represent the wines of Parma at an exclusive rooftop party to be held at the Hotel Americano in Chelsea on June 26.
That’s an image of the venue’s famed rooftop pool, above, where the party will take place.
The Parma Alimentare consortium represents the region’s Prosciutto di Parma producers, Parmigiano Reggiano producers, classic salumi producers, and a wide range of food producers whose products are made in accordance with local tradition using locally grown food stuffs.
The event is a kick-off party for the group’s participation in the Summer Fancy Food Show, “the largest specialty food industry trade event in North America,” a must-attend event for food and restaurant professionals across the U.S.
Ceci couldn’t be more proud to represent Parma wine at such a prestigious and exclusive event.
