For your holiday consideration: Ceci’s award-winning Lambruscos

Ceci wines brought home top awards and ratings this year!

As the Christmas and New Year’s holidays approach, we couldn’t be more pleased with the awards and ratings that Ceci’s wines received this year.

Not only was the Ceci Otello NerodiLambrusco awarded the Five Bunches prize by the editors of the Bibenda guide to the wines of Italy (the guide’s top rating; click here for the post), but the Ceci Lambrusco Terre Verdiane was also judged to be a “5 star” wine (another top rating) by an elite panel of wine professionals and writers this year at Vinitaly, Italy’s annual wine trade fair held in Verona.

That’s the panel of tasters above. It’s chaired by one of the leading Italian wine writers in the world today, Ian D’Agata (contributor to and reviewer for Antonio Galloni’s Vinous Media and the other of a recently published landmark work on Italy’s native grape varieties).

These are just two of Ceci’s wines that brought home top prizes this year. We hope you’ll consider them among your Christmas gift-giving and feasting wines this holiday season.

Happy holidays, everyone!

Keeping the (English-speaking) world safe for Lambrusco and a couple of microtexans and their beautiful mother.
